CaReDi’s TN model conveyor belt is widely used in plants processing bulk materials that must not have any breakages (e.g. pellets), with a low to high flow rate.
It is basically a device suitable for the horizontal and slightly inclined transport of these types of materials.
The conveyor itself comprises a belt, towed by two pulleys, a tow pulley (coated to increase the grip) located in the head of the conveyor that acts as a drive wheel as it receives the motion from the motor unit, and an idler pulley located on the tail of the conveyor with an adjustable device for tensioning the belt.
The conveyor housings are press-folded plates bolted together
The belt comes in various sizes and materials depending on the material to be transported and the flow rate required, and may be accompanied by the sides and blades depending on the intended use.
